SLHF is partnering with the New Day Foundation to raise money to support families facing cancer to provide stability in the midst of crisis.

Moe Fitness Nutrition

Please help us in welcoming Maureen (Moe) Ashley, as we join a nutrition alliance with her. Maureen graduated Central Michigan University with a degree in Sports Medicine and is finishing her Master’s degree in Nutrition at University of Bridgepoint. Maureen will be officially joining our SLHF Team on Wednesday, June 12th. Her services will include:

• Group Nutrition Counseling
• Private Nutrition Guidance
• Grocery Shopping Education and Field Trips

Starting Line Track Club

Stating Line Health and Fitness is proud to announce the return of our track club.
•The club is ropen for all ages and anyone who has a passion for competition and running is welcome
•Practices will be held at Stony Creek High School in Rochester Hills
•Practices will include dynamic warm-up, running technique, race planning, and speed workouts will be given
Practice Times: Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays 11:00 a.m.
Price: $75(free for anyone who has a current SLHF package)

Meets are available throughout S.E. Michigan for youth athletes in the Hershey and USA Track and Field Junior Olympics programs. Must be ages 8-14 for Hershey, 8-18 for USATF. Sports Yoga @ SLHF

Yoga classes will be starting June 11. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00am – 11:30am. These classes are designed for athletes and focused towards sports but all are welcomed. This class is aimed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and your mental control through the exercises created by our certified instructor. Only $5 per class.
