Weight Management programs developed by SLHF have an average reduction of 2 lbs per week. These programs including a specific mix of core conditioning, strength training and cardiovascular exercise in circuit fashion. These proven circuits allow clients to achieve elevated heart-rates for the entire 60-minute session with proper blood flow throughout the entire body, allowing more work than traditional training programs.

Conveniently located near M-59 and I-75 at 1771 Hamlin in Rochester Hills. The Starting Line Training Studio is minutes from Lake Orion, Troy, Bloomfield Township and Shelby Township.
In Home Training
In Home Personal Training is affordable and ideal for busy lifestyles and young families. Stop losing time driving to the gym or loading the kids in the car and leaving them with a babysitting service. SLHF trainers bring all the training gear and will work with you to build your home gym. Gear includes TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, medicine balls and balance trainers.
Members of the Starting Line Health and Wellness program can gain access to dotFIT, a personalized online fitness and nutrition center. This premiere resource is backed by top physicians, dietitians and the National Academy of Sports Medicine! The program provides unparalleled resources including lifestyle menus, custom diet plans and a database with nutrition quality for more than 70,000 foods.
The dotFIT system is accessed online, making it perfect for clients who travel regularly or live in rural communities. The program is easy to set up and even easier to use. Your trainer will walk you through the interview process, explain how to log favorite foods and even help you establish favorite meals. All exercise programs include video demonstration to ensure proper execution of exercises and drills.
Reports allow us to track daily and weekly progress. Together, we will modify your diet and exercise program creating a healthier lifestyle.
